In terminal surveys freestanding kiosk devices will be set up for a specified period at the location of the interview. The method allows the implementation of a large number of cases within a short time with little deployment.

A contact person selects the respondents and asks for their participation. The respondents then fill out the questionnaire on their own (CASI = Computer Assisted Self Interviewing).
