Computer assisted telephone interviews (CATI) may be conducted as representative population surveys, surveys in specific target groups (for example product users) or as telephonic customer surveys.

Hopp & Partner has 20 CATI terminals at its disposal and is therefore able to conduct more extensive population enquiries in real-time. In our multilingual CATI-studio we use modern software that allows listening-in on interviews through live-streaming and audio recording. The software allows automatic scheduling and quota control as well as complex filtering, item randomization and input controls. Representative population samples (with optional RDD) also can be realized.

We use the VoIP-telephony and are able to offer national and international enquiries at competitive prices. We carry out computer assisted telephone interviews (CATI) either in only limited regions, nationwide or internationally. A telephone enquiry can also be based on an existing customers' data set or an acquired address data stock. Our pool of multilingual interviewer (native speakers) conduct interviews in many languages such as English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish or Russian. This way parallel Europe-wide enquiries of a particular target group are possible.
